Executive Coaching taps into my 30 + years working in corporate organisations with broad teams, different cultures, leadership styles and cultural shifts. I combine warmth and empathy with commercial acumen and leadership experience.
It is a privilege and a gift to be invited into a person’s inner thinking, emotions and feelings, and to be trusted to work through them, to pursue more satisfaction, change or improved performance.
It is important to know a client is motivated and sincere. Coaching requires energy, presence, focus and concentration, and can be very intense. It needs to be worth the effort by sharing the load. Each Client will need to take accountability of noteworthy reflections, ideas, plans and actions.
I use a style of coaching which is a mix of directive and non-directive, I will discuss with each Client their preference and adapt to their need and the context. We will agree the level of challenge and the use of silence most comfortable.
I love coaching, because it is forward looking, builds on momentum, is action oriented and practical.Â
