A recognised figure in the industry, frequently contribute to panels, presentations and interviews on Marketing, Advertising, Retail, Loyalty and Leadership.

My last corporate role was at Tesco PLC, as Group Chief Customer Officer, sitting on the Group Executive Team. I brought together all the disciplines of marketing, advertising, innovation and insight, to create strong and distinctive brands, connected experience and propositions & multi-channel communication.
During my Tenure, we turned around the Tesco Brand, improving the Brands NPS, Relaunching the entire Own Brand Portfolio and developing market leading Value and Quality Propositions and Campaigns.

Leveraging Tesco’s deep and rich understanding of its customers, we transformed the Tesco Clubcard into a future looking digital engagement platform, serving 22 Mio Households in relevant, in-the-moment personal ways, and enhancing  Suppliers’ Brands opportunity to reach their customers more effectively, through retail media.

Prior to Tesco, I worked for Unilever for over 20 years, holding different board- level positions in marketing and general management, across all Categories including Personal Care, Home care, Food, Ice Cream & Tea.

I started my career in advertising at JWT Milan, with a scholarship. I worked in advertising for 12 years in both Italy and the UK, across a number of Brands and Clients.
